本政策说明 Koh Ding Sheng（“我们”）在运营 Facebook Page 管理应用时，如何处理通过 Meta / Facebook 授权获得的资料。本应用用于管理已获授权的 Facebook Page，包括 Dade TCM達德中醫-Mr.Koh TCM，以及制作内容和分析 Page 表现。

1. 我们处理的资料

在您授权且相应功能启用时，我们可能处理您的 Facebook 用户识别码和基本账户资料、您可管理的 Page 名称和识别码、授权角色和权限、Page 帖文和媒体、评论与互动资料，以及 Meta API 提供的汇总表现指标。我们也会处理执行授权操作所需的访问令牌。实际可访问资料取决于您授予的权限和 Meta API 的限制。

本应用不要求您提供 Facebook 密码。请勿通过本应用提交病历、诊断或其他敏感健康资料；本应用不是医疗记录系统。

2. 资料用途

• 连接、识别及管理您授权的 Page。
• 依照管理者的指示创建、发布或管理 Page 内容。
• 分析帖文和 Page 表现，制作报告及内容建议。
• 维护服务安全、排查错误，以及处理支持与删除请求。

3. AI 与服务提供商

如启用 AI 辅助功能，完成文案或分析所需的相关内容或汇总指标可能会发送给 AI 服务提供商（例如 OpenAI）。应仅发送完成任务所需的资料，避免包含敏感健康资料或不必要的个人识别资料。我们也可能使用托管和技术服务提供商；他们仅应在提供相关服务所需的范围内处理资料。本政策网页由 Cloudflare Pages 托管，Cloudflare 可能处理 IP 地址和请求日志等提供网站与安全服务所需的技术资料。

我们不出售个人资料，也不将通过 Meta 获得的资料用于跨服务广告画像。资料可能因托管或 AI 服务在您所在国家或地区以外处理。第三方服务亦适用其各自的隐私政策。

4. 保存与安全

我们仅在提供已授权功能、维护安全或满足适用法律要求所需期间保留资料。当资料不再需要、授权撤销或收到经核实的删除请求时，我们会删除或去识别化相关资料，但依法必须保留的记录除外。备份中的资料可能随正常备份轮替移除。我们采取合理的访问控制和凭证保护措施；任何储存或传输方式均无法保证绝对安全。

5. 您的选择与权利

您可以在 Facebook 的“设置”中查找“商务集成”或“应用和网站”，撤销本应用的授权。您也可以通过下方邮箱请求查询、更正或删除与本应用相关的个人资料。撤销授权会限制后续访问，但不会自动删除已发布在 Facebook 的帖子；Facebook 上的内容需要另行管理。

6. 申请删除资料

请发送邮件至 Jaykoh1993@gmail.com，主题为“Facebook App Data Deletion Request”。请提供相关 Page 名称或 Page ID、您与该 Page 的关系，以及希望删除的资料范围。请勿发送密码或访问令牌。我们可能要求提供适当证明以核实身份及管理权限，并会回复处理结果或说明依法需要保留的资料。

此删除流程适用于我们控制的应用资料；向 Meta 或其他独立服务提供商提交的资料，应同时按照该服务的流程处理。

7. 政策更新与联系

我们可能随功能或资料处理方式的变化更新本政策，并在本页显示最新日期。新增资料用途或权限时，我们会在需要时取得相应授权。

English Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Koh Ding Sheng (“we”) handles information obtained through Meta / Facebook authorization when operating our Facebook Page management application. The application manages authorized Facebook Pages, including Dade TCM達德中醫-Mr.Koh TCM, and supports content preparation and Page performance analysis.

1. Information we process

When you authorize access and the relevant features are enabled, we may process your Facebook user ID and basic account information; names and IDs of Pages you can manage; authorized roles and permissions; Page posts and media; comments and engagement information; and aggregated performance metrics available through Meta APIs. We also process access tokens needed to carry out authorized actions. Available information depends on the permissions you grant and Meta API restrictions.

The application does not request your Facebook password. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through this application; it is not a medical records system.

2. How we use information

• Connect, identify, and manage Pages you authorize.
• Create, publish, or manage Page content as instructed by its administrator.
• Analyze posts and Page performance and prepare reports and content suggestions.
• Maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and handle support and deletion requests.

3. AI and service providers

If AI assistance is enabled, relevant content or aggregated metrics needed for writing or analysis may be sent to AI service providers such as OpenAI. Only information necessary for the task should be sent, excluding sensitive health information and unnecessary identifying details. We may also use hosting and technical service providers, who should process information only as needed to provide their services. This policy website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website.

We do not sell personal information or use information obtained from Meta for cross-service advertising profiles. Hosting or AI services may process information outside your country or region. Third-party services also operate under their own privacy policies.

4. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide authorized features, maintain security, or meet applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, authorization is revoked, or a verified deletion request is received, we delete or de-identify relevant information, except records we must legally retain. Backup copies may be removed through normal backup rotation. We use reasonable access controls and credential safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

5. Your choices and rights

You can revoke access through Facebook Settings under Business Integrations or Apps and Websites. You can also contact the email below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with the application. Revoking authorization limits future access but does not automatically remove posts already published on Facebook; that content must be managed separately.

6. Requesting data deletion

Email Jaykoh1993@gmail.com with the subject “Facebook App Data Deletion Request”. Include the relevant Page name or ID, your relationship to the Page, and the information you want deleted. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may request appropriate evidence to verify identity and management authority. We will respond with the outcome or explain any information that must be retained by law.

This process covers application information under our control. Information held by Meta or other independent service providers must also be managed through their own processes.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as features or data practices change and will show the latest date on this page. We will obtain appropriate authorization where needed for new uses or permissions.
